Prof Johari bin Haji Surin
Dean,
Faculty of Science, Lincoln University College "Challenges in Chemotherapy in the Age of Antibiotic Resistance".

Prof. Johari has completed his Ph.D. in Medical Parasitology from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, University of London, after completing his Masters. He also has an MBA in Organizational Development from the University of Malaya. Prof Johari has 38 years of extensive teaching and research experience and he formerly served as Professor in Medical Parasitology and Deputy Dean, Faculty of Medicine, in the University of Malaya. Currently, Prof. Johari is working at Lincoln University College.

MBBS (Calcutta University), MD (Microbiology) from Mumbai University, PG Diploma in Diabetology From Annamalai University, PGDHHM from Symbiosis, India Ex-Consultant, Microbiology – CMRI & B.M. Birla Heart Centre regarded as the Largest Private / Corporate Hospital Group of Kolkata. Apart from Microbiology, Serology, and Immunology he also looked after routine Hematology, Clinical Pathology and Biochemistry. Ex Co-ordinator DMLT Course, Jadavpur University in association with CMRI. Dr. Sengupta also served as Head Lab Operation – Srl Ranbaxy Lab, Kolkata (Presently Super Religare Lab). Executive Director, Desun Hospital & Heart Institute. Also, Director Lab Operation and Head of Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Serology and Immunology, Desun Reference Laboratory. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Satheesh Babu Natarajan

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Satheesh Babu Natarajan is currently working as a Head of the Department (Pharmaceutical Technology), Faculty of Pharmacy, at Lincoln University College, Malaysia. He has completed his Bachelor of Pharmacy degree in 2003, India and finished his Master and Doctoral degree in the field of Advanced Drug Delivery System. He has more than 12 years of experience in teaching and research. He has been serving in Lincoln for the last 6 years. He published more than 15 research articles in peer-reviewed articles. He secured FRGS research grant from Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia and he had strong research collaboration network with various public universities Malaysia and India in the field of Nano drug delivery. He had filed the patent in MyIPO Malaysia in 2015. He has been invited as a keynote speaker in STFB, Indonesia in 2016 and Malaysia as well. With strong research track and achievements, he has received Vice Chancellor’s Researcher of the Year-2015 Award. His current research interests are nano drug delivery and herbal nanomedicine.

Dr. Arivudainambi Seenichamy (Ph.D.)

Dr. Arivudainambi Seenichamy (Ph.D.) background spans the field of molecular biology, microbiology, and biochemical technology. His specific interest is in the diagnosis of infectious diseases by advancing an antigen and antibodies detection based diagnosis kits. Currently, he is the Head of the Department of Microbiology and Immunology unit, in Faculty of medicine, Lincoln University College, Malaysia. Dr. Nambi’s academic training and work experiences at esteemed institutes and various research centre’s in India such as in Indian Institute of Sciences (IISc), Regional Medical Research Centre (Indian Council of Medical Research), WHO Collaborating Centre for Diagnosis, Research & Training centre for Leptospirosis, Andaman & Nicobar Islands. He has published several peer-reviewed journals and has 5 patents in leptospirosis diagnosis kit. He received 2 gold medals in MiExpo-13 and iTEX-14 for his Ph.D. findings.

Dr. Farzana Yasmin

Dr. Farzana Yasmin is a Senior Lecturer in Microbiology, Department of Biotechnology, Lincoln University College Malaysia since July 2017. He graduated from Bangladesh Agricultural University Mymensingh and obtained a Ph.D. degree from University Putra Malaysia (UPM) in January 2007. She has started work as a postgraduate research fellow at UPM immediately after completing her Ph.D. Her professional career started as a Senior Lecturer in Microbiology at the University of Malaya (UM) began from March 2009 until 2011. She has moved to MAHSA University and worked also as a Senior Lecturer until join to present place. Due to present demand and opportunity. In the meantime, she has achieved MBA degree and then completed her second Ph.D. in Business and Management area. Dr. Farzana is quite active in research, publication, and supervision. She has Published and presented papers at both local and international levels. Moreover, he had published about 40 research articles in the international refereed journal, including ISI, Scopus, Emerald, ABDC’s indexed journals and about 20 conference proceedings. He has been awarded several times by conference organizer and professional society such as Malaysian Soil Science Society for the best paper presentation. In addition, she has received the internationally recognized award in 2016 for highly commanding paper from Emerald publication Limited. Her research interests are Microbiology and Biotechnology, Environmental science and Epidemiology. Moreover, Marketing, Health Tourism, in the field of Business and Management Sciences.

Dr. Idris Adewale Ahmed (Ph.D.)

Dr. Idris completed his MSc in Biotechnology Engineering and Ph.D. in Health Sciences from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2011 and 2015, respectively. He had his first degree (BSc in Zoology) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria. He has about 8 years of experience in teaching and research. He has been working at Lincoln University College since May 2016. He has published 16 research articles in peer-reviewed journals. Some of which are in indexed journals with high impact factors. He is an Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Nutrition and Dietetics & Applied Science and Innovative Research. He is a member of the Biochemical Society and Malaysian Natural Products Society. His research interests are Halal Science; Food Science, Bioprocess and Biotechnology; Nutritional Biochemistry; Natural Products and Medicinal Plants; Health Sciences, Epidemiology and Lifestyle Management. He is currently working as a lecturer with the Biotechnology Department, Lincoln University College.
